When Youtuber's Talk Anxiety

There is an enormous amount of YouTuber's that have had mental health illness and who have seen it to. Here is my top four YouTuber's who have expressed their personal views on the their anxiety issues.

First off we have boogie2988 a gaming enthusiast and comedy sketch genius, he has over 2 million subscribers. He talks about his experience with bullying, anxiety, social anxiety, video games and exposure therapy.


Our second YouTuber is Zoella  she is a talented beauty blogger, reviewer and do it yourselfer. Zoey has over 6 million subscribers and openly talks about her personal story outlining a really good description on anxiety, panic disorder and how she experiences heightened senses. Zoey's videos were made after she posted a blog post about Panic Attacks also read her blog post named Just Say Yes.





And our third YouTuber is PixiWoo. A duo who are makeup artist's turned YouTubers! They have over 1 million subscribers. They talk about sleep paralysis, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder and cognitive behavioural therapy. One of the makeup artist's explains what it is like to have a friend with an anxiety disorder.



We have Caspar who does an excellent and very serious job of explaining the neurological disease of addiction. He has over 3 million subscribers.


We have a KathleenLights in a Kat Chat on how her anxiety developed with her experience with divorce, an tragic accident, anxiety, panic disorder and ocd.
