What a lovely day. I've been out for several walks today and really enjoyed being out in the open air. To feel the sun on your face is probably one of the best therapies there is.
To think that 9 months ago I was virtually bed-bound and convinced I was going to die.
Let that be a lesson to you all. Anxiety is transient; it comes and goes. Don't imagine that just because you are having a bad time now, it will always be like that because it won't. Trust me.
